Iowa Central Community College and Greene County Schools are teaming up to offer a homemade bread baking class in the Greene County Career Academy culinary kitchen on Wednesday, Dec. 8, from 6:30 to 8:00 pm.
Baking enthusiast Tim Christensen will take participants through the process of making homemade bread. Each participant will take home freshly baked bread along with a basic white bread recipe. “Once you find out how easy it is to bake your own bread, you will never buy bread in the store again,” Christensen said.
